If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return or to exchange. Items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in our store.

We ask that items are returned in the same condition they were delivered to you, unopened and in the original packaging. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will issue your refund via the same method that you used to pay. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
